Shopping at Aftershock London

Aftershock sells high-end luxury clothing and accessories created by our designer team in our London studios. All collections featured are sold exclusively by Aftershock. Our website showcases a beautiful range of modern and classic outfits and pieces, offering the most stylish and fashionable choice.

If the clothing and accessories you receive does not suit you, you may return or exchange it free of charge (although you will need to pay for return delivery), and we will refund or send you an alternative piece at no extra cost. (See our Returns Policy) 

We currently provide four delivery options online to satisfy your needs:

  • UK 1st Class (1-3 working days)-£3.99
  • UK Express Next Day-£6.95
  • International Signed For (5-7 working days)-£15.00
  • European Economic Couriers (2-3 working days)-£30.00

  

Placing your Order Online

Ordering from Aftershock couldn't be easier, just follow these simple steps:

  • Select a department from the top menu
  • Choose a specific category from the left drop down menu
  • Click a product you would like to view in greater detail
  • Choose your colour, size and quantity and click 'Add to Bag' to purchase. To add more products select 'continue shopping'
  • Finally when you have finished proceed to the checkout and follow the quick and simple payment instructions
  • All orders can be placed in either Pounds Sterling (£), US Dollars ($) or Euros (€)

Our Corporate Gift Consultants and Sales Assistants are committed to maintaining these values. We will offer clients a personal and professional service, by presenting them with unique gift ideas to suit all budgets and occasions, delivering the finished item beautifully gift wrapped in time for the event.

Guidelines when Placing your Order

During the registration process you will need to provide your personal details. This will include name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

If choosing to purchase, you will also be required to provide payment details. In providing these details you automatically authorise the validity of the card and your ability to use it. You must be the person referred to in the payment information provided.

Your purchase from Aftershock must be for personal or gift use of the buyer only and items are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit unless you are a trade customer. We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

By offering your payment details you agree to credit checks to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

We ship goods internationally, to the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. We use the GBP currency and all standard prices shown on the site are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT. The GBP (£) price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. You will also incur carriage costs. The final price customers will be charged is calculated at checkout. If you choose to use the currency converter for US Dollar ($) or Euro (€) rates, all prices stated are calculated at the current exchange rate.

All orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability. We confirm all orders by e-mail.

We reserve the right not to accept your order, for example, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control. We may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our site whether or not that merchandise has been sold.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), Laser and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Aftershock Online. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using
Realex Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Upon delivery, all orders are tracked, responsibility for purchased goods passes to you. We can issue you with a unique tracking number so that you can check the current status of your delivery.

Purchase of items on Sale

Items designated as "SPECIAL OFFER" or "SALE" can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value. Items designated as "SPECIAL OFFER" or "SALE" can only be refunded if an e-mail is sent to enquiries@aftershockplc.com with the intention to return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note* we do not offer returns/exchanges on pierced jewellery for health and safety reasons unless items are deemed faulty or damaged.

Gift Wrap

Such is our commitment to quality that your Aftershock piece of clothing or accessory will arrive in specially branded tissue paper, protected inside an exquisite branded dressing-table-worthy or gift box. Your purchase is then carefully wrapped in black Italian ribbon.

Please note that you do not need to request this as all our products aim to be beautifully gift wrapped. You can also have the gift delivered to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice will be forwarded to the billing address.

Although we aim to do our best, we cannot offer this type of packaging for our handbags at this moment in time.

Security Guarantee

Aftershock web technology is hosted on a secure server using SSL technology (secure sockets layer) to ensure that all credit or debit card transactions are completely secure.
Every time we receive an order, we use fraud checking systems as well as authentication processes before we fulfil it.

When you use our website, the secure server will encrypt all of the personal information you send us, including credit or debit card number, name and address. Encryption turns the information you enter into complex code which is then securely transmitted.

We take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information, order and payment details secure. However, we cannot be held liable if an event beyond our control results in loss to you.

Delivery

Aftershock accepts orders from and delivers to the UK & Ireland, Europe and Rest of the World. As stated above we offer four premium delivery options - UK 1st Class delivery, UK Next Day delivery, International Signed For delivery and DHL International Express delivery. 

Due to the high value of most of the items on the Website we feel it is necessary for us and our customers to track all packages in the event that an item becomes lost in transit. Furthermore, we feel it is our duty to offer our customers the best value delivery options so packages as soon as possible and hassle free.

UK & Ireland Orders

  • We use City Link 24 hour Express Delivery (£6.95) and Royal Mail 48 hour Express Delivery (£3.99)
  • All our delivery services use online tracking so you will know exactly where your package is
  • If you select City Link 24 hour Express Next Day Delivery your goods will be delivered the following day before 5.00pm. However, this is subject to stock availability, your details being verified and payment being processed successfully
  • A member of our customer services team will e-mail you to confirm despatch
  • You can check the progress of your item(s) by using the City Link Track and Trace Web Tracking facility
  • If you select Royal Mail 48 hour Express Delivery your goods will take 1-3 days to be delivered. However, this is subject to stock availability, your details being verified and payment being processed successfully
  • Orders of a value above £150 will receive FREE delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland
  • Orders received and cleared before midday Monday to Friday will be delivered by City Link Express Next Day Delivery service the next working day subject to stock availability and payment being processed successfully
  • Orders placed before midday on Friday will be delivered on Saturday if the delivery address is open on a Saturday subject to stock availability and payment being processed successfully
  • If you place your order on Friday after 1pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday before 1pm subject to stock availability and payment being processed successfully
  • We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 working day subject to stock availability and payment being authorised from your issuing bank
  • Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state the delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work)
  • In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date. If there is nobody present to collect your delivery from the courier on the third time, you will be expected to pay an additional delivery charge for re-delivery

European and International Orders

  • We use and track goods using Royal Mail International Signed For items up to the point they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country
  • You can check the progress of your item(s) by using Track & Trace
  • Delivery to addresses in Europe and Rest of World costs £15.00 (5-7 working days)
  • We also offer European Economic Couriers Express Delivery. This service is superior than Royal Mail International Signed For (2-3 working days) and costs £30.00 
  • When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken on delivery

For all international orders, please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Special Services

We now offer European Economic Couriers Express delivery (2-3 working days) at a cost of £30.00. This service is in additional to the Royal Mail International delivery service (5-7 working days). We hope that customers willing to pay a premium for faster delivery to countries outside the UK will use this new service to ensure products arrive on time and are fully trackable. You can check the progress of your item(s) by using the DHL Track and Trace Web Tracking facility
